Indoor rules. Never should've sold mine.
I know if could do BSOD for a resort ripper for 90% of my days, but for 4 days of Heli/Cat 20+ mm of taper makes your day 4 legs still feel like day 1 legs.ad1105 wrote: Thu Mar 06, 2025 10:48 amI thought I'd miss taper when I got the Mega Death. Once I got my stance dialed, I don't miss it at all anymore. Comparing it other directional boards with zero/minimal taper like the JL or Otto, the BSOD/MD shape floats the best.pow_hnd wrote: Wed Mar 05, 2025 11:32 am Honestly, I'd love to ride a Capita, but they just don't have any decks that quite fits the specs I'm looking for. BSOD I'm sure I'd love. If the Navigator just had more taper...
I gotta get one.bagis wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 2:46 pm This is fun. Pretty much a partyboard version of indoor. Feels almost the same but with rocker. Also carbon beams helps a bit. Perfect for spring slush.
And the Wide is black, which I like better.eleveneightnate wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 2:51 pmI gotta get one.bagis wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 2:46 pm This is fun. Pretty much a partyboard version of indoor. Feels almost the same but with rocker. Also carbon beams helps a bit. Perfect for spring slush.
Resort twin is more snappy and slightly more damp and might have better edge hold thanks to death grip. (i haven't ridden DOA in 2 months). Flex is pretty similar. Resort twin is also wider. DOA has a tiny amount of rocker vs full rocker nose/tail on Resort twin.jota wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 3:06 pmCould anyone compare the Resort Twin with the Doa?eleveneightnate wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 2:51 pmI gotta get one.bagis wrote: Sat Mar 22, 2025 2:46 pm This is fun.
