For those that care, the Burton Waverange Step On X Pro boots (4-7 flex) will be going on sale for a limited early release in select stores on February 7th and online on February 11th.
Any early release boards?
26 Custom is up on Burtons website already.
Holy Schnikes, it is. Hoping for more early releases. I want that black 2026 hometown hero

No more SLX either? I haven't ventured into the step on realm yet but it looks like Burton et al are finally designing boots specifically for Step Ons and not just retrofitting existing models, given that the leverage and pressure areas are different from traditional boot+strap setups. Does anyone have any info on that by any chance or is it just my imagination and wishful thinking?

They are still in, Guch Stuff looks good and they have some nice Gore-Tex stuff, the Longo collection is boring and the rest is no very appealing for my taste
I'm always underwhelmed by signature gear these days. If something was going to have my name on it, I'd make it something that was in some way cool to me and noticeably different to the rest. Not something that was just.... something.

D.Kass is a good example of someone that does something different with each thing. Love it or hate it, it's going to be somehow inspired.

Instead of just a normal color change of a something already being made. A few red accents on an otherwise normal black boot.... signature model!

Yes, that's not what I wanted to say, but fair point.

Basically, I think signature products are cool, even if I don't specifically buy them. But it does show appreciation for the snowboarder who lends his name.
Basically I don't care what stuff looks like, it has to work for me, if it looks good then I won't say no, otherwise there are still posco pens and I give my stuff "the finishing touches" maybe not the boots but the rest of it

Have no idea, how it will work on skateboard though.
