IMG_0826.pngThoughts?, any experience
Maybe depends on the need. Imo they're basically a basic insole replacement. At least, I didn't think mine were anything extra or premium over what comes with most boots.
Gotta strong disagree with these. I own a few Remind Medic and Cush foot and have them in my skate shoes. They're way way way more supportive than any snowboard stock insole I've ever seen, even the "premium" ones that try to have some meaningful arch support. I ride customs in snowboard boots, but would go Remind over any of the other aftermarket insoles I've tried. Only complaint is they're a little thick (5.5-7 mm), wish they had some 3-4 mm options. They just redesigned their whole line and I'm looking forward to grabbing a few pairs.
@benjinyc can't speak to the liners, they haven't made then in 5+ years and just released the new ones at beginning of the year. At that price point and no reviews Id personally gamble on Intuition aftermarkets personally, but I suppose these are a little cheaper because they come with the oven moldable foorbed as well.

Agree, the footbeds are really solid. They do have some different models - including one that's just kind of foam. The thinner version of the Cush is my favorite. Great arch support and nice dense rubbery feel all over.
I’ve got Remind Medics in all my boots now, after years of Sidas Customs.
Just picked up a pair of of BNIB ThirtyTwo TM-3s from 2020. Not that I ever needed them or really even wanted them, but I’m still curious enough to give them a shot after being Vans-devout for the last while. Thirtytwo has never really worked for me but I haven’t really tried any of their boots since 2006.

Has anyone tried the latest iteration of the Northwave Decade boots?
There are three lacing options, traditional, speed lace and their version of a boa dial thingy.
Directional pow shapes, camber, Now Drive/pilot 80kg, 175cm

I may be the only one here with northwaves, not sure. I have had several pair of decades and they're probably my favorite in the lineup. But I don't have the newest iteration. I've always went with speed lace, that's my preference.
Landed on a winner with the Vans Invado Pro. The liner and bite of the heel hold feels great. Super pronounced and solid. Going to experiment with running the boa inside the shell vs. outside the shell, generally I like being able to crank that super tight, and then pop loose while on the lift, or more casual cruising. The only weird bit is the strap that fits under the laces rather than around the top, outside of the boot. I'd be curious to hear the logic behind that.

There was a chat on Angry Snowboarder about these liners, sounds like are working toward a wider lineup of options over time. It's on my radar to keep an eye on, with brand new boots won't be necessary for some years. Curious if anyone gets them in hand and can compare to stock vs. intuition.

I'm on speed lace Decades this season. I find their speed zone to work better than Burton, but I prefer Boa. I'm not too sure about their Boa knock off though.

Cool, thank you! What is the fit like? I have only ever used Burton, 32 and Salomon. There are some good deals on them online.
