Echo is softer than Dialogue, Launch is a simplified previous version of Dialogue, and also softer.

are they the old or new last though. the old one did not work at all for me.

All those 3 are different I guess. Which didn't work?

i was thinking of launch and some cheaper boot.
and i thought the echo was stiffer then dialogue lace

Edit: looking at the launch on salomon website it seems its an older model that i have tried.

Depends if it's the upper or lower that's too stiff. Echo has a softer sole, alot softer in the forefoot. Stiffer in the heel and a little stiffer materials in the top.

when strapped in i did not get nearly enough side/side and front/back flex with the dialogue lace.
i dont think the echo is it for me.
if the dialouge is a 5-6/10 flex i want something in the 2-3 range.

Any boot that has a foam outer sole to me is like a disposable boot. Meant for limited use.

Well, I just said "fuck it" and ordered 3 different pairs of boots to try at shops in Seattle next month. I refuse to go to Baker with rental boots

Nidecker Kita 9.5
Ride Insano 10
K2 Thraxis 9.5

I'm fairly confident at least one will fit me well. I tried the size 10 Kitas before, and they felt good but a little too big. Tried other, softer, Ride and K2 boots in those sizes, and they seemed to fit me well, too. I'm just going to choose the best fit from those three, return the other two, and call it a day.
