Georgia, country not the state

Has anybody been there? was thinking about going to gudauri for few weeks late january.

I've never been snowboarding there, but I was there for a huge country-wide engineering project back in 2019. It's one of the most beautiful countries I've been to. Here are some places I went:

• Mestia: couple ski resorts and huge mountains around there. The history and architecture with the Svan Towers from the ~10th century is rad and the town is super cozy and ancient feeling. Truly something you should try and see. I did some work around Hatsvali Resort, which is smaller with a mom and pop kinda vibe.

• Kakheti region: wine country in a gorgeous valley, some of the oldest vineyards in the world. if you can fit this into the trip, do it.

• Tbilisi: verrrry cool for a big city, the Grand Tour guys loved it.

Georgia is fantastic, but Gudauri itself is a relatively small resort, try to hit a few other resorts too, if you can. The heli and touring are quite good and inexpensive there, but you'd need some careful planning beforehand. All in all totally worth it.

yeah im thinking this time ill just take a box deal from a company (flights hotels getting there etc) and see what it has to offer, cant just find any info that does it snow much over there.
