Loved the Stingray, currently have a Mantaray 156. No complaints, something special about that board. Would love to get my hands on a Indy Pooldeck or the Independent Stick but yeah.. $$

I have the Stingray and XY57; the first one I got used from FB marketplace. Would never pay full price for one, but after a few days on it I liked it so much that when an XY57 was available (they sell out so quick) at my local surf shop, I paid full retail for it. I packed it along with a 154 cadet for my trip to Jackson Hole

Gentemstick prices are actually pretty reasonable in comparison these days - combination of weak Yen and increased pricing by other brands.
Construction is fairly basic and most of the shapes are nothing special but I just love the look of the boards. And always good to support the local brand (even if the decks are mostly made in China these days).

I have a Mantaray 154. Great board that can do a bit of everything. I'm interested in trying the Mid Fish 152.
