I owned a Malibu 155 a couple of years ago, only ended up riding it for a few laps at a time on a few different days. It wasn't for me.

The board itself was softer than I expected it to be, and felt like it had a pretty short effective edge and tight sidecut, which didn't help with edge hold on the ice that was prevalent. Fun looking shape, but I prefer longer sidecuts and more snap. The shape and camber profile is definitely geared to softer conditions imo, but the soft flex definitely caught me off guard. I sold it since I had more than enough boards at the time, but I do wish I'd had a chance to ride in some pow or spring slush.

In all fairness to the board I was riding in conditions that I try to avoid, it hadn't snowed in forever. Plus I was riding with my middle nephew when he was just learning how to ride. I was basically babysitting more than snowboarding lol, in shit conditions. I ended up swapping to whatever twin I had brought with me on those days to butter around and hit sidehits.
