The only thing directional about it is that the nose kick, which doesn't touch snow, is a tiny bit longer. Other than that, you're standing on a true twin.
No more antler questions on EL
awesome thank you
So being the snowboard is a true twin the reference points are at a true twin basis?
What about when I ride switch, does the nose kick touch snow? What exactly is the nose kick portion?
I could guarantee you no more questions on that, the stance on the other hand haha
I’m kind of excited for union boots that may be my way out of the burton ecosystem
feel free to read any of my multiple replies about the directional-ness of the Custom, as they apply exactly the same to the Antler. or you know, the post you’re directly replying to where Spenser says the nose kick doesn’t touch snow.
sorry @everyone else. i know i should just ignore it now. gotta let off steam somewhere cause i can’t talk to customers this directly (even when they really need it).
Hell yeah I will go back and re read them I actually really appreciate all the feedback from you guys. Here’s to being less dense with the knowledge I was provided
I’m trying to figure out where the nose kick is extended, it’s the very tip that is longer? There isn’t much to google when I try to look up an extended nose kick
So when I ride switch that extended part still doesn’t touch snow? It’s just basically there to provide float when riding nose first?
I got on a con artist 46 where I fall towards the upper weight range, and man this thing surfs and rips! Turned on a dime through BC trees, slashes fresh snow, inspires confidence whipping it around tracked out pow fields, and has just enough tail to power out of the pillow and side hits. I have an OG con artist 52 and a skeleton key 50; love how they both turn but always felt like I wanted a tad more nimbleness and float respectively.
This shorter length took things to a 10! So much so that I don't think I really need any other board in the travel / all-mtn / resort powder day category. I'm so stoked I'm gonna be selling my juice wagon 53, stun gun 50, skeleton key 50, skeleton key xx 50. Possibly the con artist 52 too—debating if I'll ever feel the need to be on a longer version.

Finally understand why folks GOAT'd this shape.
Yeah, cool cool cool, but what do you think of the extended nose kick?
That’s a fucking sick board
You riding it with malavitas?
Did it come with the leather straps or did you swap?
How much did you pay for it? I feel like 146 is quite short but I suppose the jump to 152 is a big difference
It’s that good you’re going to part with all those boards then that really says a lot about it, what boots are you riding?
@Spenser I truly wish I knew what an extended nose kick is, I mean it’s self explanatory but how the fuck does it work and what is different about it and the purpose
I would also like to wish everyone a happy prosperous new year with lots of good deals on future equipment

One of the lamest things I've seen here, if this is actually a troll attempt from one of AS' Patreon cult followers, or even AS himself. Dude said "heard good things about Never Summer & Union" two brands he's hated (and vice versa?) since I've heard of him (unless things have changed, haven't followed his stuff for a while). Plus, doesn't Vail own Breckenridge, same place this dude's banned from? .
Like @Msteff & co have said and showed perfectly, as long as ppl ask/msg without being a complete dbag, ppl are very helpful and more than willing to share insights/exp here. With an abundance of knowledge and first-hand solid exp available within this dope community of snowboard nerds/aficionados .
Essentially, all any of us have been saying is for Avran to put out even 1 video of him riding. 1 vid/year. Pretty sure that's more than feasible, instead of doing a random Top 5 of "How To Spray Skiers" or whatever. ESPECIALLY if you've been openly insulting other reviewers like James and TGR and their "terrible" riding skills over the years. Gotta put your $ where your mouth is.
Gtfo. Respectfully.

@Bbtommy and I seem to have very similar tastes in boards and bindings. I guess that means I have to track down a Con Artist! I need to get rid of my Burton Landlord and my Flight Attendant, I’ve come to realize that I can’t get them turning in the tight spaces I usually find myself in.
I’m so excited I just narrowed down my stance to one triangle past reference and realized I’m an absolute moron and my bindings shifted when I had them in cargo a few weeks ago because I could even see the marking of where I used to have them… I’m ashamed I’ve been riding off my usual stance for over 10 days on mountain now without noticing
