It's always weird that folks don't look like their profile picture.

Whereas I look exactly like my profile picture.

Overall, they fit very similarly, with the Method feeling a little more secure and pulled in around the back of my head/occipital area. They also switched up the vents and added Koroyd to the back. Overall the same aesthetic and weight, with better tech and fit. Still the lightest/lowest profile/best looking helmet IMO.

I picked one up last season, love the helmet but holy hell the airflow on my thinning hairline up here in the north.

Man, Geoff (my dog/profile pic) isn’t doing great just now. His hind leg is giving him grief and it makes me sad. I’m not sure how long he’s going to be around.

Take out the flappy pads and wear a beanie underneath like a true core lord snowboarder ;).

Someone, either willingly or unknowingly, took my Maze with them this weekend, so I'm in the market for a new helmet.

I take the padding out, similar to you, and run the beanie/goggles underneath. Any issues you've experienced so far with the same size helmet? More so annoying to me, since I have no idea what size my old Maze was.

Im very happy with my POC Calyx and Calyx carbon, they fit my head great and with Line miner pro.
Good ventilation, detachable earmuffs and lightweight specially the carbon. The strap for holding the googles could have been better, doesn't really feel secure.
