The elusive boarder that no one has been able to see actually riding a board. Interesting that you care.

What did he say? Kinda curious but don't want to give him the satisfaction.

Borrowed Snowdaddys for a run yesterday.
After a few turns, this board isn't for me. The specs looked promising, like a freestyle Super 8 but was the opposite. Felt twitchy and nervous even in slow speeds, got worse when going faster. Kinda unpredictable in soft snow and I guess scary in when the manmade snow turns into ice.

All hail supreme leader review guy

Keep in mind he's the guy in camo, not blue

Shows up about half way through this one

It's pretty mind numbing how aggressive his fanboys defend him when any questions are brought up about his reviews and/or riding (the lack thereof). Even his og sidekick Kevin (Nivek on SBF) argued on SBF (last year, iirc?) that Avran simply "doesn't have time" to film with how many boards he has to go through. "Logistically not worth his time" πŸ˜’.

But as been mentioned ample times here, hard to take serious without any riding footage whatsoever. A reviewer's ability to ride can help viewers decide how much weight they want to put on the review, and/or extrapolate input given against their own specs and abilities.

In other words: ❄️❄️ for AS reviews 😜.

Ahhh man, it’s not looking good for my unwrapped Sickstick haha. A more freestyle Super 8 is pretty much what I was hoping for. I’m loving my Lib Rig, though, which kinda fits that bill.

I try not to drag people no matter what, but holy shit is he terrible... He desperately needs a good coach to get this body into a better position just for general riding technique, not even for anything high performance, etc.

I came across a youtube comment last week, in a thread where someone had pointed out there is no proof of him riding. Cult members got real defensive, the most prominent suggesting that if you were to ride with him, you better not skip leg day, because you probably couldn't keep up.

What the actual fuck are other people seeing? My interest in this isn't in talking shit, I'm just trying to understand it from a psychological perspective. Why are his followers so devout, when they can be nothing but blind?

What if he's playing the long-game and pranking everyone with this? It would rival "birds aren't real," IMO.

I found a guy locally who has a 2017 Burton antler camber 54.5 he claims to have used less than 10 days on mountain, it’s in pretty nice shape. He wanted 375 originally but I called him down to $250
It’s about an hour drive each way to get it, do you guys think it is worth dumping $250 for this board? It would be a backup board for when my current one (2016 antler) is toast as the base is getting quite thin
$250, 7 year old barely used board, no warranty, decent graphics
It would either be this board for $250 or a custom x when they go on sale eventually
