OUTERWEAR
Re: OUTERWEAR
I don’t mind the look of the Gen Z baggy fit, but I hate how it fits my body. Tried on some Beyond Medals, Nomadik and Souvenier jackets recently, and they’re all so goddamn short. Barely at the top of my ass.
a bit of taper, a lot of camber

I hear Soooommmme snowboarders wear it... where's @Spenser new school photo at?Kevington wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 2:33 amFunny thing is, although they seem omnipresent in snowboard media, the only time I've seen the stupid ultra baggy pants on the mountain is on park skiers.C.Fuzzy wrote: ↑Thu Nov 21, 2024 1:35 pm The algorithm chasing attention whoring creates a cringe depravity of unknown depths. edit: don't come at me. I'm just being illiterate.
Most of them seem to wear them now. Cute little puff ball jacket optional. Never actually seen a snowboarder dressed like that IRL.

Re: OUTERWEAR
was about to ask if anyone has copped anything from nomadik, interesting...
outwear and clothes in general are so dependent on how you are actually built. i am either in an M or L (i'm 5'9 at 175 lbs) depending on the manufacturer. my volcom medium is far too tight over my back but strangely long, it's a weird fit. my airblaster is an L and i love how it fits.
i wonder how klevelands new brand will do?

Re: OUTERWEAR
Saw tons of kids in A51 last season wearing them along with the no goggles trend. It's also real popular up at Hood, but that's to be expected.
It's not you haha. The short length is a feature, not a bug. These jackets are basically crop tops being marketed toward men. Like how 15 years ago it was a race to see who could make the skinniest fit, now it's who can make the shortest jackets and baggiest pants. The inevitable conclusion of this fad will be guys showing their stomachs and little belly button piercings.

No goggles?? How does that even work? Look cool for one session then just accept you are blind?eleveneightnate wrote: ↑Fri Nov 22, 2024 8:30 amSaw tons of kids in A51 last season wearing them along with the no goggles trend. It's also real popular up at Hood, but that's to be expected.
