Nothing new, the new SickStick has already been posted in the forum, but also with the board come a nice little book with a little bit of specs and explanation of the choices.

What noticed, comparing to maybe the old Assassin from 5 years ago or more (for what I can remember, I checked at the shop and the amount of rocker in tip and tail was aboundant), I think after the rocker crazy years, now they have the camber zone a lot more extended, with just the right amount of rocker effectively needed in the board design.

If you notice in the drawing, the rocker in nose and tail is way past the insert packs. And this is a pow oriented board, I'm expecting a board like the assassin, to have even a bit less

those are cool little booklets that the HPS boards get instead of a standard spec sheet on the base, got one for my Taka and also the Annie fish & Louif I collected that had fallen off the boards in the warehouse.

I'm not sure those reference graphics should be read as 100% accurate as to where the camber starts/ends. that does show a longer contact length than the Louif, though, which checks out with the numbers.

I'd see if you can track down that contact length ref for the Assassin, but Salomon makes their specs hard to find these days.

That's kinda cool, I'd love to see detailed specs and what Wolle's musings on the Wolle Fish are.

more or less, looking at the board, it seems mostly accurate, then I don't know if it is 100% or not

I'm surprised that the Assassin and Assassin Pro specs are different? I always thought they were the same shape just different construction, this says otherwise. Where'd you find this @Vanni ?

Yes, this is the first year that the non-pro and the pro are different, not only in construction, but also for some specs.

In this video they explain the differences and motivate them:

Anyway you can find the specs here, for all the 2025 Salomon boards:
https://salomon.jp/pages/snowboard-catalog

you have to click on the tech book

(the Assassin Pro is really interesting)

Taka is off the team next year. If you're thinking of nabbing his board, this would be the time.

Is new Sickstick similar to HTH, or a little softer?
