I’ll just leave this here to remind us all that snowboarders have been wearing ridiculous garments since forever.

That is objectively 420% less ridiculous.

The algorithm chasing attention whoring creates a cringe depravity of unknown depths. Any attempts at guardrails is intolerance, which is intolerable. Reality is Idc what anyone wears... as long as they're they're a 5 star turn skidder. But those clown pants ARE dumb. And Kelly gets a pass on his transgressions for obvious reasons, including the only option was gear made for skiers and he was probably a bit spectrumy.

edit: don't come at me. I'm just being illiterate.

Figured it's about time to pull one of my favorite pieces out of retirement. This was from the last couple years of true Holden, IMO. 2013 McMillan jacket, believe it's a Scotty Wittlake graphic. Glad I was running long jackets at the time because I got an XL, so it still fits 😜

Didn't wear this one as much, but I wore the shit out of the black one.

Absolute dream jacket would look like this, but be made of their 20k Japanese stuff, and come in tan and some sort of mossy olive drab

Aw, man. I miss the golden age of Holden.

That’s a great jacket @Spenser . Loved the McMillans/coaches jackets.

My all-time favorite is the Wittlake Marcus jacket (with the tonal matte and shiny stripes).

I used to collect the catalogs, I’m still on the lookout if anybody has the early-early ones. :geek:

Funny thing is, although they seem omnipresent in snowboard media, the only time I've seen the stupid ultra baggy pants on the mountain is on park skiers.
Most of them seem to wear them now. Cute little puff ball jacket optional. Never actually seen a snowboarder dressed like that IRL.

Same. Though, likely to see it more on-piste sooner than later, as it is also becoming a more common look for the younger Gen Z (or the generation younger, don't know what they're called now haha) for casual streetwear or "fits", as well.
