Demo of how Fase works:
Maybe its flippable? Think it would have to be to get that range. Or it's like 9-30 on front and -12+9 on back.ad1105 wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 11:09 amThis is correct. I think it goes +/- 21 or 24 degrees, maybe more maybe less. Should be fine for most people but not for the über-posi-posi carving crowd. I feel like they should include a torque wrench or something.RadDad801 wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 10:38 am I can see "teeth" in the toeside insert. Looks like the heelside insert creates a pivot point and you dial your angle in using the toeside one.

Waaaaait a minute. Only down to -3 on the back binding? That sounds... extremely limited?
Maybe. I'm trying to visualize the other binding, but I've always sucked at visualizing mirrored images. It's why I flunked a semester of chemistry in college, lol.Ancahlagon wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 1:53 pm I'm reading that as only up to +3 on the back foot. Just worded very poorly.
That's Endeavor erasure, and I will not stand for it!C.Fuzzy wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 1:55 pm Huh. This is actually pretty neat.
Interestingly has zero compatibility with Burton boards. Something unthinkable in days of yore.
I'm thinking this is part of why they licensed the Step On system from Burton. If they're trying to make this their "new normal", they're going to need an option to cater to the huge Burton market segment.C.Fuzzy wrote: Thu Jan 16, 2025 1:55 pm But then again they have step ons too.
Is this just an IP race? I'll license yours for the same price you license mine?
Or was step ons just eating everyone's lunch?
