I wish I had known to ask about these on Tuesday. my guess is that you rotate those triangles to change angle/width, or maybe there's multiple slots you can pug them into.

I can see "teeth" in the toeside insert. Looks like the heelside insert creates a pivot point and you dial your angle in using the toeside one.

This is correct. I think it goes +/- 21 or 24 degrees, maybe more maybe less. Should be fine for most people but not for the über-posi-posi carving crowd. I feel like they should include a torque wrench or something.

I dunno about missed opportunity, you can be a "lifer" and get dropped without a word. I see the troll, but still think he is doing what he wants to do, and being successful at it. Maybe with some shade to it now and then, but guessing he's fine with that too at this age.
