Are all NOW binding screws and washers one piece? Thought it was a nice touch when I ordered the 2.0 tool-less kit.

They are now. The 2.0 kit is the bomb, huge improvement over the 1.0.

do you use the standard Nylon Post (with 50% glass fiber) supplied with the Kingpin Tool-Less 2.0 kit?
because the Post of the old Drive you have is Nylon with 30% Carbon Fiber.
Do you notice any difference?
thanks!

When I ordered the kit I also added the post specific to the drive/o drive. When visually comparing the regular posts to the posts with carbon fiber the difference visually is very subtle, but you can spot there is carbon. Riding wise I couldn't tell a difference. Weight wise maybe there is a subtle difference?
Something else I'm curious about is my franken pilots are from 2019 and the EVA footbeds from this year and older (I assume) are different from newer years. Specifically it seems they have increased the thickness of the eva underfoot where the plastic "pins" attach it to the binding frame. The canted footbeds I still have are thicker in this spot. Ordered some jones foot pillow beds to compare.

The post that comes with the Tool-less Kit is the nylon one. I somehow got my hands on an extra set of carbon posts, I think I have 2 carbon sets and 2 nylon sets.
I feel a subtle difference in responsiveness when I transition between the Carbon post and the Nylon one... although I maybe all in my head, I can visually spot the carbon fibers so I know which one I'm mounting up.
I ride the carbon posts more often than not, and ride the nylon ones for "surfier" setups that're more back foot driven. Random example I have the nylon ones set up on my Moss Swallowtail, but have the carbon ones on the Aeronaut.

I ordered the kit that is hardware only, no post.

Grabbed some Bent Metal Transfers on sale. I loved the feel of them on a couple hours demo, my only concern being the low ankle strap and all day comfort.
Bataleon kink straps fit right on there with the BM hardware. The ladder teeth are ever so slightly different so it works with the BM buckles but is not perfectly smooth so I'll probably get Bataleon buckles (which fit on the BM strap) or just get the Bataleon strap too.
Just in case anyone on here is not riding Nows with Burton straps

Meant to post these pics earlier when the jones comfort foam foot pillows arrived. Broke out the calipers and compared. +/- 1-to-2mm difference in thickness in various areas (toe, heel, lateral sides). The plastic fastener that keeps these from sliding broke on both stock foam binding beds so I'm glad that I opted for the jones replacements. Hope the jones material is stronger then the plastic on the originals.

I grabbed a set of the 24 IPOs at a great discount. So if any one was curious about how much wider and longer hanger was. Here is a picture of side by side to my select pros. Both size medium.
Can post more photos later if any one wants something specific.
