i don’t know if it’s an actual ownership stake, but Nidecker has made some investments into Mervin (funded a new factory), so they’ve got a connection there already.

The info I received last year and posted here was that Nidecker had bought Lib. It was not known if it was just to only buy it or also to use it as support to “enter” in US (and nearby Canada…😎)
