Follow up - got a real reply, and they were happy to send two vouchers to cover both lenses. No photochromic red in stock ATM, but the regular one is just as fine by me. I asked to delay one of them so I can keep using the red lens through the season, and that was no problem. Not sure if this would happen with other companies, but my advice is to be very clear about your specific situation and request when contacting warranty, or you may have to go back & forth a few times.

I think I saw that they use an anti-fog for the space between panes, but not sure. Still a weird coincidence they both started doing it around the same time. The blue was straight fog throughout, but the red is almost like a really thin layer of moisture that freezes inside, kind of hazy. Sort of looks like if you wipe condensation off your bathroom mirror, and then next time you take a shower, you can see the lines. Luckily, it doesn't take up the majority of the lens, so I can still see well enough.

Wore a helmet everyday this season (I think) and noticed how far my M4s stick out from under the brim. Got the itch to go back to the trusty old airgoggle

Yeah, that's why I ditched my Syncs. They just sit so far off your face... to the point that it makes the field of view worse than it should be.

That's been one of my main gripes as long as I can remember. I like a larger goggle (though not oversized) but the vast majority of them are ruined by how far they stick out. Sort of makes the wide frame a bit of a moot point. I've found better vision with a medium goggle that sits closer to the face - Airblaster being the obvious example. It's also one of the things I really like about the squad XL. Flexibility too - I don't like a stiffer frame, which most seem to be.

Really, the baseline for what I like in a goggle frame comes from Airblaster.

i’m tempted to go back to Airgoggles as well, at least for warmer days. found myself using my MFI masks much less this season, which was the biggest benefit of anon. goggles for me. may try out one of Ashbury’s magnetic frames, just to keep the lens swappability.

Just don’t get the Arrows. They’re quite literally M3s haha.

Love my Air Pill Goggs, use it even more than my Line Miners. Never any fogging issues, love the frame and how close it fits to the face. May let go of the LM's and replace with more Air Pills w/ diff lenses.
