Cadet and Horizon for 20% off at Blue Tomato in Europe. I'm getting twitchy.

Picked up a new Cadet 154. First impressions after a couple days…rides similarly to the previous ones, which isn’t a huge surprise given the specs. Might’ve missed it if it was already mentioned, but they’re now made in Austria. Should be even more durable than before with the upgraded construction.

If any of you are looking for a Cadet or Horizon, can get you 15% off + free shipping, no tax. They’re selling quick so tbd what sizes are left though…

Stoked for the transmission. Probably the first board I'll ever pay full price for.

Transmission looks nice, mellow camber? The Cadets I have are 6mm

Also this is very interesting…

Spec sheet says 6mm, which is the most they do (transmission & cadet). The others are mellower, particularly the experiment at 2mm

But it's full camber now, where the orbit has some early rise. I like both, wonder if I'll still like the orbit more in pow.

ah, I see a few pages back the specs, interesting they give it a flex of "9". That's def on my list of decks to try

no suggested weight ranges on their spec sheet?

Transmish

In this and other images, you can definitely see it doesn't have early rise in the tip, so that's a consideration, as I do ride the orbit in a lot of fresh snow. Probably still fine, just mulling around thoughts
