Think Li-Ning will dip into the snowboard boot market?

Won't be long till Saudi money starts flowing either, when they get ready to bid for winter olympics.

Flux straps would improve a lot of bindings. That waffle one is seriously good.

Question for Union experts: are the highbacks the same size across all sizes? I was looking through their parts page and it seems like they're all one size fits all.

Can't say for sure anymore since they moved to singular sizing, but M/L & L/XL highbacks were the same forever

I still run 2011 flux ankle straps on all my bindings. They're still holding up, but I should probably see if I can find another old set. Definitely from before the exoskeleton style, but they are wide, flat, just the right thickness and firmness. Gives me a really nice, comfortable hug with a little more support around the ankle than your typical strap these days. My backups are standard Burton hammock straps, and they're comfortable, but not quite the same support that I like.

Men’s medium/large are definitely interchangeable. Swapped quite a few high backs and baseplates.

I think they used to do different s/m/l parts, but now it's just baseplate sizes that change afaik, maybe size small would be different.
midwest is best

I don’t know what year my DODs are, maybe 2022, but I really like them - has the molded plastic running through the middle with padding below it.

Remember the old Burton diode straps? I had so many pairs of those at one point. Felt so good on unions.

I bought the new Flux XF and CV this season. The toe ramp is slightly better on the XF now.

I run 2019 Katanas with that same foam strap with the hexagonal support piece. It's way comfier for me than the newer hard plastic ones. I might try to get some spares if they still make them. The Bataleon Infinity strap looks decent too so that might be an option.
