I’m shocked at how different our experiences have been with their customer service. I know there were some personnel changes over the last couple seasons, especially with how things are being managed in North America.

I hope it gets sorted for you, dude.
a bit of taper, a lot of camber

It will - I'm not worried about it at all, nor going to hold anything against them. Its a little funny to me 🤷‍♂️

I waited an entire season for my replacement Pencil plus. By choice i have to add, instead of picking another model . In he end they got back to me once they got new ones in stock. The QC back then wasn’t all that to be honest, even though the guys at Korua fixed everything and let me keep the board with the faulty top sheet and asymmetrical tail cut.

I would not hesitate to buy a new board from them.

We have movement on the warranty front. I heard from Lino who CCd Benji, who then reached out. Sounds like things are hectic (time of year) and they had some issue with shipping quotes to Canada. Return label is in the works, though.

In other news, some of you may have seen this

i've wanted some friends of mine to experience these boards with no way of demoing them here, and to ride all the shapes myself

Otto question:
I'm super happy with my Otto, she carves super good, the pop well suits me,
I was wondering what the Otto Plus would bring me?
Really more nervous? And especially lighter?
If you have both boards, could someone give me a small comparison please?

Apollo is back. Personally, I find it a bit fugly, but I'm not a bug fan of how asym boards look in general.

Side note - another week gone by, no further response on returning the pencil.
