If anyone is looking for a 153 deep reach, PRFO has it for super cheap. This is CAD too, so if you're in the US even cheaper.

"LASTCALL20$" takes another $20 off, too, which mostly cancels out shipping costs. They ship super fast, have had great luck with those guys.

Lol this was what had me considering one; wondering how it rode etc. Y'all def helped solidify the decision to pass, now that it's all gone ;p.

But had already made up my mind mostly from Spenser's input on it, in any case.

Have you been on the 158? Curious why you think it rides bigger as a lot of people I've talked to said it actually had a bit less EE for the size.

Spenser, I grabbed it. I've wanted to try a US board for five years. I've never even seen one in person lol

Looking forward to giving it a rip. Thanks for sending my way.

for me, it' so stable at speed. I normally size up when I know I'm going to be bombing down the hill. The torsional flex on this board is stiffer than it should be compared to my bigger boards. On my smaller boards, if I go to fast out of a turn, the back tends to wash out easier than this.

Gotcha. I'm going to try out the 158. We'll see how it goes. I prefer torsionally stiff boards in the 155 to 161 range so we'll see.

im curious how much of it is because of how the carbon fiber is laid diagonally across from tip to tail, the other decks I have are set just under each insert pack

US is going to swap out my board for me because of the topsheet issue. The process has been a bit of a pain and I still cant get much info out of them. It's being sent to the original place of purchase, but I wasn't told who to contact there, when it will arrive, etc. The store manager isn't aware of anything yet. They seem to be standing by the product but the communication leaves a lot to be desired in this experience.

well after 2 weeks in all possible conditions, the cadet is amazing. the good mix of burliness, edge to edge transitions are so smooth and you can point it in good confidence even on big icy corridor. it is just a little less agile than my banker on very rough terrain where short turns are necessary. the base is very solid. in short im in love. thanks to all of you for the sharing.

ps: I was with a friend who broke his arm on a rocky bar the last week and I was able to test his Kazu with the new Falcors. Never tried before the Kazu. How light this combo is, the impression of being on a flying carpet. Not necessarily to my taste because it's too lively for my knees and not necessarily adapted to bad snow conditions, but I understand why this board can please so many people. The new Falcors are incredible and i absolutly not a union fanboy
