Guy I bought it from on snowboard trader said he's about to list a TF+ and Otto+ soon, if anyone's interested. I assume both 57.

I’ll be posting a Dart60 and a CR+ (new gen) on Snowboard Trader. Probably not until tomorrow, though. If anyone wants first crack at them, lemme know.

jokes but I predicted it haha. Interesting that I'm heading in the opposite direction now, looks like my love affair with Korua is coming to a close. Just don't get enough consistent good and/or soft snow to enjoy them often; more bulletproof/hardpacked days that make them more a chore to ride. But the days where the conditions are great, they feel amazing esp turning.

... or just might be the Rad-Dad transformation almost nearing its completion for me .

Those decks are amazing on the right day with the right snow in the right terrain, and in Tahoe I could still absolutely run one every day and just deal with the tradeoffs... but yea in Ontario I'd definitely run something else.

Going to the Aeronaut after having ridden almost exclusively wider platform decks the past few years (K2 Instrument, Korua Stealth, United Shapes Orbit), I'm noticing my legs and especially feet are fresher at the end of the day. That goes double if I'm having to run back a bunch of long heelside traverses to get to less trafficked terrain. I'm fine for like 5 hours and maybe 20k vert of carving groomers, but those last couple hours of the day are a little bit more of a slog with maybe some foot pain. And that's running mostly good quality Sierra snow pack.

the aero is definitely less taxing on my legs and feet than the TF for me as well.

excited to utilize both boards on a longer trip when i'm in crested butte for a week, but the aero is so damn perfect it'll be hard to get off it

Yep. My Instrument's been sitting around since I started riding the Aero (although with 6 other solids in my basement lol). I still have days and conditions I'd like to ride a Korua-esque board, but deep pow and empty groomers are relatively rare for a Tahoe weekend warrior. And since I won't be riding as much until I can put the grom in ski school, I don't have the legs to be leveraging powerful wide boards as easily.

Agreed on some limitations with Koruas. I had a tough day on my TF last week on boilerplate, it was borderline scary. I switched out for my Banked Country and problem solved, still not a great day but completely manageable. I suspect the width of the Koruas can make things in icy conditions a lot more challenging.

Having said that, I rode the TF a few days later in some actual decent snow and it was spectacular. I guess the right tool for the job is the correct approach.
