Captians log...

They’ll put you in a better mood when you shred ‘em, so pull up a chair and talk about ‘em

i need to get back out on my split and improve my alpine fitness, have ridden resort so much lately.
Same, I actually got back on the rower yesterday to get that cardio back to where it really should be right now... Gonna keep it up daily till this dry spell breaks or I go back to Baldface. Which ever comes first.

We're putting the house on the market and hoping to be back in CO by summer. We'll have to link up next season!

that was a quick stint for you guys! look forward to linking up, i ride with way too many skiers these days...

absolutely man! prices up here are getting much better, friends of mine were able to close under asking price in Dillon which was quite surprising, but inventory still is quite low.

@pow_hnd heading to the gym shortly and will be on the rower for sure. squats first though :D

i would love to find a c2 rower for a good price so i could add it to my garage gym.

Yeahhh, long story short we're just missing the mountains and wanna be closer to friends and my family. We thought about Idaho, but we'd be on an island out there haha. I've heard prices have balanced out a bit in CO! Which is great because they're still going up here for when we sell haha.

I have a Costco fold up one that I bought 4 years ago for like $499 or $599, something like that, and its been a game changer for me, just use it with Apple Fitness Rowing classes from home.

I would be absolutely stoked on UT. The main reason for CO is my mom is there and all in on the grandma/babysitter thing for when that happens haha.

Erg sessions are such good workouts but so hard and so boring. It's a more torturous treadmill.

they are tough for long time periods, i like breaking up the intervals with other movements as someone who did crossfit for many years.

row 1,000 meters, do 30 situps, rinse and repeat for 5 rounds or something of that nature
