Yes, that will be an issue when the brick gets small… will have to figure it out.
You jus gotta use the soap sliver method and smoosh the last lil bit to the new brick and keep washing yur bits... er... waxing yur junk.

Reminds me of this thing people use for surf wax: https://www.peelitout.com/test-shop/bzm ... 4958npvr6i

Yeah. Maybe start an IR waxer thread in the Wax and Tune Ya Goon Thread viewtopic.php?t=148 or add a cattle/livestock floofing roto brush feedback thread too! :D

Forgot to take better photos to share before packing it up for the flight, but yeah I got the Salomon Takaharu Nakai "EP" 169. Very stoked on it. It feels very much like a "Japanese snowboard", like this is what Nakai would make if he rode for Gentem. Build quality is not quite that GP87 level, but eh, it will only ever see deep pow anyways so I'm not too concerned.
Very thin and light (for a 169). Cork dampening, and not mentioned anywhere but explained by the Japanese Salomon reps on their Youtube channel, has the honeycomb weight-saving stuff in the nose and tail that others are doing too.
It was basically the only board that "spoke to me" this year so voila.

I added some mixed olive green/british silver acrylic paint splatters to "make it mine."

New 22/23 Passport 159w and K2’s new Bond bindings (swapped the Editions I had, these have a stiffer highback).

Not normally my style of board but I drank the koolaid, I'm thinking that it might be fun for noodling around with the family. Plus my daugther translated the words on le topsheet for me. Now I'm totally fluent in French, which is nice.

Nice is indeed in France, in the south, at the Rivièra to be exact!
