The custom of the FT line.. I think I would’ve liked mine a lot if it was just a little softer.
Agreed. A little softer and it becomes more versatile and less dead feeling IMO. Although, I rode it with StepOns so maybe I should throw my Holograms on it today for shits and gigs.
This is what we need

I never had that feeling. Felt the HTH was just medium/medium+ in flex - stiffer in the nose/tail, but quite flexible between the bindings and especially torsionally.

I love vail because they have beaver creek and nothing beats beaver creek
The bowls at vail are fun but there is so many flats it is a snowboarders worst nightmare

I have a 2020 Skeleton key with winged Malavitas. It’s one of the few boards I bought new, has many days on it and god damn I love that set up. Yesterday was crappy early season groomers with the family and today was 14” of fresh in low angle trees and I didn’t have to think about turning since the board just goes where I need it to.

I miss my old malavitas. I think my dream binding would be
1st gen Falcor baseplate
Cartel X high back shape with malavita guts
Mid gen Diode straps (those thinner leather ones with a little plushness)

also love that orange base on my 2020 SK! Knew I loved the board after the first two turns. It really does remind me of the con artist.
Thought the SKxx would take the ride to a new level. But am realizing that it's too stiff for my liking...so now I gotta sell a SKxx 150 and just ride the regular ol 2020 SK
