its a beauty and i might get a spare or 2. =P
pretty sure the far left in photo 3 here is the regular Taka,

as well as the middle one in photo two here

new look, though, so I'd stock up on this year's if you want the bamboo topsheet.
the middle one in photo two on instagram is sick stick the far left in photo 3 on snowboard mag is the taka. =)
i can live with the new look for sure.

EDIT: looking at the techbook it seems like the only change in construction is recyceled ABS sidewalls instead of cork/bamboo.

Yep, my fave one! Liking it enough that I asked a friend about it who's buddies with a Salomon rep. Apparently it's medium flex, and he knows how I ride and said it may be too soft for me. But I really like the shape and look, plus I'm not opposed to medium flex these days as long as the specs line up close to my ideal. Plus, someone here had/has one and had nothing but great feedback about it, iirc?

And yeah, cheers @Supra. Hope all is well there in Japan!
For sure! I cross-shopped it with my Super 8 this season. Apparently it's a lot softer than Salomon claims. Like a freeride shape with a park flex. I dunno, it sounds fun to me and Bode rides some version of it (probably stiffer than stock, but still). The graphics reminds me of Starfield, totally nerding out over it.

I didn't recognize the binding models.
Are there still all mountain/freeride bindings in the Yes line?
The first one seems to have a carbon highback, though, so they should be the "Drive Cx" replacement

Sims could be well positioned to take advantage of the 90's revival and be cool again. Wouldn't that be something.

I'm doubtful this is their entire lineup, but maybe just the new new. Canted footbeds on most of those too. Hopefully the swappable options too. Need moar pics.

I might grab the Drive Pros while I can. Don't see it in that line-up, and the new highback looked really interesting when I played around with them.
