idk if i'd say it's sanitized, more embracing the 90's aesthetic going around these days.

Yeah, not feeling most of these 90's aesthetics/trends, personally.

Looks like the Rene-gade shape with fusion camber. Hope they put some taper on it. Rome have missed that board in the line. National, Freaker, Crewzer are all twins with the tail chopped. Almost identical boards. Then the Ravine which is very directional. Always hoped they’d make something in between.

Shape is the Renegade now that I’ve looked at the spec sheet. So likely a touch softer and Fusion Vs Full camber. But same mold. So no taper.

Finding myself eyeballing the Agent. Experience with the FT has me thinking about putzing with twins again, but a medium flex, camber or basically camber twin with a 8+ sidecut radius and a 255-260 mm waist in a 160. Poking around, seems that list is basically the Agent, the Burton Process, and maybe a couple K2s. The DOA might be a possibility if I'm willing to settle for a cam-rock profile.

If you can check one out in person, I would. Based on your preferences I think you might find it soft. I didn’t have a chance to demo the “pro” version though.

You might be right, Rome's flex ratings seem to trend high. My "8/10" Blur is substantially softer than my 7/10 Instrument or 6/10 Aeronaut, I'd call it max 6. Had a few folks tell me the Ravine is crazy soft at 6/10.

Indoor 160? It's slightly wider than you want, but they made it a true twin this year and it has that Capita light/poppy feel. The DOA is one of my favorite boards I've ridden in a while, but that's because it's so buttery so I'm not sure if you'd like it. The Indoor is definitely stiffer, more locked-in, and poppier than the DOA IMO. Outsiders is even stiffer with the same profile as the Indoor, but its biggest size is a 158.

Good call out on both! I ignored them because "hybrid camber", but that camber + flat profile looks pretty much like camber. Outsiders 158 could actually work since it has a lot of edge packed into the size.

I actually don't think I've ever seen either in person. Most retailers I know just carry the DOA and call it good on Capita park boards.

Really enjoyed my Indoor! It's one of those boards I wish I had kept. The Park V1 profile definitely rides like trad camber. I didn't notice the tiny flat sections at all.
