Something to keep in mind can be the insole you are using in your current boots may not function well in a different brand boot. In my 32 focus boa's I could run reminds, but with my K2 thraxis I cannot. I run surefoot mid arch in my K2s.

anyone with experience with the k2 TT's?

After seeing somewhere that they run large, i bought a pair of them in an US 8.5, despite my longer foot measuring mondo ~26.8. Did i fuck up? my toes really feel crammed in there. Coming from a pair of Adidas Acerra's, these things hurt.

in my experience, K2 boots in general pack out fast and a LOT.

had a pair of T1’s that fit incredibly snug out of the box, but after 3 days of riding, we’re too loose for me. didn’t help that in order to not get heel lift, I had to crank down the Conda boa wayyy too tight.

then had some used Taro’s, same thing. decently snug starting out, but these were early TT’s with no liner harness, so they were a no go after packing out.

This gives me hope! Gonna take them to a bootfitter to see if i can get some space in them

I wear adidas and newish K2 TT… I have them both in the same size. No issues with fit for me

Any chance you know your mondo point foot size? Did you size down on both your Adidas and k2s?

I bought my acerras around 2018 (?) In a US size 9 with a mondo foot size of 27.2cm. Over the years I actually lost a bunch of weight and my foot size shrunk to 26.8cm.

Following some advice I found on the Internet, I did a half size down on my k2s. Like I mentioned earlier, it's been tight...but I'm hoping a boot fitter can help me sort this out

I haven't checked my mondo foot size in quite some time... I've hovered between 8.5 and 8, for both the Adidas and K2 (burtons as well)

I think I did size down as my normal sneaker size is an 8.5 or 9, but for snowboard boots 8.5 results in too much heel lift so I've had to stick with 8s for those companies

personally, if I had to decide between heel lift + comfy toes or no heel lift + cramped toes, I'll go with the later and hope heat molding or a boot fitter can fix the toe part
