I guess that’s one way of putting it.
I’m to be fair, I’m surprised more brands aren’t making a Mystery-level price tag.

the collab makes sense with the Forged Carbon connection, but that is ugly. looks like the over-tech Cheetah board that pops up every few years.
midwest is best

they kind of already had a few with the Super & Mega boards, and Mervin had the Cygnus & BM boards, Ride has the Commissioner & K2 the Alchemist with misty tech.

Yeah, I guess you’re right. This Lambo board is gonna be hitting $2000cad. That was the number I was thinking when I wrote the comment above.

It's for the luxury market, and well that is a thing, so better that this money ends up in the pockets of snowboarding than fashion moguls. I would never dream of buying one at full price, and they honestly just diminish their buyers by putting stuff like this on sale. Even if it's limited, selling 10 should make up for throwing away 90. Bad for the environment, good for the filty rich 8-)

I don’t know that a move to the luxury market makes sense for brands other than Burton and ski brands. Doubtful that the guy valeting his deplorian at vail and side slipping the bunny hill for a few runs before retiring to an afternoon of aperol spitz has ever heard of Capita.

I can’t wait to see some 17 year old pull that set up out of his matching lambo.
