I keep mine in my van for side country runs, works so well for that.
My plan is to use it for lift-access hiking, when using the Drift boards and (hopefully) a Cat day for my birthday in March.

YEEZUZ GUIZ... now this is what I come here for! To justify my fomo purchases with your purchasing! What I've recently bought doesn't matter anymore.... I gotta keep up....I NEED TO BUY MOER NOW.
BC vests are where it's at. Being able to more evenly distribute the weight made me realize how much packs can mess with balance.

Honestly I prefer my pack if I'm not bumping out of bounds. I keep the vest in the van because it doesn't take up much room, it's slim for wearing on the chair and I can leave it in the van and it's always ready to go. Just keep my old beacon in it all winter.
I guess I've been riding with a pack for so long that I don't notice it.
I still use my pack at Baldface, etc, etc.

I've been hauled ass over teakettle when landing in pow with a bag a crunchamunch more than with the vest. You must teach me your ways.

had $20 burning a hole in Venmo, entered a raffle because it’s been a couple years. Sarah picked the number and bam.

158! I don’t think these were made at Craig’s oddly enough, but I’ll try to remember tomorrow to pull it out and check.

Old boots were beat and gave them away to a shop kid in need. Really wanted this colorway, but shop didn’t order them this season. Wasn’t going to pay full price for them but found a random new pair on eBay for $302. After taxes, shipping, fees came to about $340 but I’ll take it.

Last time I tried vans the imprint was too narrow in the forefoot for me. How are these?
For ref I have skinny ankles and a wide bridge.
