Stranda Snowboards
Re: Stranda Snowboards
Exactly. Sounds like it's a real thing for him, and has been for quite some time. I'm not going to start listening to his music, but good to know people like him are out there.
Man, I would be stoked for a video of him riding with Lars

To add to the Lars lovefest, his youtube stuff is the balls. I'm actually considering contacting him to get up there for some coaching, and I'm a coach myself fer cryin out loud. I may not be able to get up there this season, but I'll plan ahead for next year for sure. He seems like a good dude, I just like the way he presents info and I have questions...
And am I the only person that would watch an hour-long YouTube video devoted solely to sharpening edges? I'm only asking because my wife says she's worried about me.

Haha, you're certainly not the only one.
Lars is great. He's always been a great friend on a personal level, and snowboard mentor. We met in 09 or 2010 when he was in a relationship with the sister of one of my friends (she was living in Europe), who happens to be one of the best riders to come out of Juneau.
One of the beautiful things about him is that there are no surprises, if you were to meet in person. It's not a façade. He is exactly who he seems on YouTube & then some, and his riding isn't simply curated to look good online.
Which brings me to another thing I shouldn't fully divulge - someone he met up with recently who has a YouTube following, that ended up being a bit of smoke & mirrors, to a degree. The Internet is forever interesting.

Hmm... I may be wrong but I have an idea of who that might be, but I'll keep it to myself.
