Sorry to hear mate.. They tried the same with me but I just kept on mailing them and finally Came true.. like I said, it took 2.5 months before they aknowledged they screwed up and then it took another 2.5 months before I got a replacementKevington wrote: Thu Feb 27, 2025 12:18 pm Mervin warranty dept. are refusing to acknowledge the BC had changed, or that there is anything unusual about the one I have. I kinda respect that dogged unrelenting dedication to a rather minor issue. It's funny to me.Jean77 wrote: Thu Feb 27, 2025 1:38 pmSorry to hear mate.. Like the minor issue being Mervin making the old Gnu Banked country, put the new graphic on it and then do An early release of the new shape/construction yet sell the old board..? False advertising.. Is this the minor issue you speak off?C.Fuzzy wrote: Thu Feb 27, 2025 3:16 pmI kinda respect that dogged unrelenting dedication to a rather minor issue. Yeah, they should at least offer a replacement. If you bought it on a CC you can dispute the charge with them. The CC company will then contact Mervin.Kevington wrote: Thu Feb 27, 2025 12:18 pm Mervin warranty dept. are refusing to acknowledge the BC had changed, or that there is anything unusual about the one I have.
