got the 154 TF on friday finally, and took the maiden voyage yesterday. what a fun snowboard, can't wait to get more familiar with its tendencies and behavior in various scenarios.

edit: on day 2 it's become one of my all time favorite decks, wow. i can't believe how playful it is and can still go mach 11 through chunder. will be interesting to see how it does on bigger terrain in jackson next week!

Maybe a bigger TF coming next year:
Transition Finder – The overhauled Transition Finder has slightly less taper than the original, and is now more than ever a true transition-magnet. It’s the ultimate melting-pot of freeride, freestyle, and carving. It complements a surf-inspired riding style and allows you to ride creatively all over the mountain. It’s a solid all-rounder and very adaptable for all types of riding, terrain, and conditions – from resort groomers and powder fields all the way to parks and pipes. Now available in 150, 154, and 157 sizes… With potentially some more coming for 23/24 season.

Hopefully they don't go too mad on the WW

In a phone conversation I had in December with Marko @ Korua I was lead to believe they have larger sizes in the pipeline

I don't know if this board is gonna make it in my lineup.

It is crazy stiff, can honestly say I didn't necessarily enjoy myself on it the other day. Been battling boot fit with my new splitboard boots, so that MAY have been a factor. Will give it a couple of more spins... BUT, I'm can easily see this getting sold and me going back to Prior for my Splitboard. With their XTC carbon they are just so crazy light, yet still so rider friendly.

Where’s the balancing point on that thing? Also been trying to get Prior to make me a custom Khyber with some skin holes in them, but got no answer so guess they were busy or don’t do that much custom work.

I have a direct line with the new owner and their new factory manager, talked with the owner yesterday and will talk with the factory manager today, I will investigate their thought on the skin holes, as I would absolutely fucking love that as well.
