The Official CAPiTA Thread
Re: The Official CAPiTA Thread
I love a plain topsheet, especially white but my professional opinion is that the painting is pretty bad. Would love to ride the board though, it was always out at the demo I was at. Saw one out in the wild, locked to a ski rack with some Salomon rental bindings on it that must've been 20+ years old. One of the stranger board/binding combos I've seen.

Outsiders is crap compared to Aeronaut. Go and try the Megadeath - you won't look back.... xD

I'm enjoying it, it definitely takes the daily driver spot in my quiver. I actually like railing turns on my Kazu more, but the Aeronaut feels it fits my overall riding style more.kimchi wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 7:55 pmThis is where I fall on the base. Don’t care for next year’s same d or cut either red base. But this years blue shade is dope.Alkasquawlik wrote: ↑Thu Jan 25, 2024 7:53 pm Agreed. Love the minimalist topsheet. Base 'graphic' I'm completely neutral on, don't hate it, don't love it, but I do love the blue colorway.
What’s your verdict riding?

Re: The Official CAPiTA Thread
well the aero was exactly what i was looking for, totally in love with it. i would love to see what i rides like in the 55/57...
great flex pattern, fun as hell to turn, and pop for days. kinda hooky riding switch at slow speeds, but i blame the fresh edges and the wizard, not the wand. ate absolute shit riding out of a back 1 and buried the tail not expecting it to grab like it did. did one of my better cab 3's of the season, that tail is very fun to pop switch.
rode groomers, blasted every side i could find, hit a few park jumps and some boxes to see how pressing was (not too bad). i look forward to riding this thing on bigger terrain and pow days. landing spins felt fantastic, especially coming from the TF '54 haha

I think I bought my first one on your suggestion.
Great board, poppy, freestyle friendly, really easy to ride, and a very fun carver

I agree with you on the switch hooky-ness, my only real complaint with the board, I have adjusted to it but it was hard at first.YukonCornelius wrote: ↑Fri Jan 26, 2024 5:13 pm well the aero was exactly what i was looking for, totally in love with it. i would love to see what i rides like in the 55/57...

Can confirm, it rips in pow. I have 2 pow days on it and its a rocket, and it's pretty unreal how well it floats for a full camber deck
Re: The Official CAPiTA Thread
Can't wait to ride mine! Put my bindings on reference Stance and +15/-15 at the moment. Will probably tweak on that.SprockingCrail wrote: ↑Sat Jan 27, 2024 8:50 amI agree with you on the switch hooky-ness, my only real complaint with the board, I have adjusted to it but it was hard at first.YukonCornelius wrote: ↑Fri Jan 26, 2024 5:13 pm well the aero was exactly what i was looking for, totally in love with it. i would love to see what i rides like in the 55/57...

What Stance is everyone using on the Aero?

Re: The Official CAPiTA Thread
I've been running +18/-3 on mine
Re: The Official CAPiTA Thread
Somewhere around 18-21 front and 3-9 back.
Re: The Official CAPiTA Thread
+18/-3. Reference inserts on the 161– I think 23” with -0.8” setback.
