Homemade rope tow sesh yesterday after Eaglecrest

Conditions are still pretty locked up, but while I was up there today, somebody mentioned GPS apps. Never done it before, but decided to see how fast I was going if I pointed it down the rest of the run we were on. It was easy to break 50, so then I started much earlier and tucked where I previously peaked. Seemed like I couldn't go any faster than 65 - was starting to feel wind resistance - but maybe tomorrow I'll ride the cheater and see if I can break 70. Nothing else to do right now. IDGAF about that stuff at all and don't know what's considered fast, but it made today fun, trying to beat your own numbers.

Groomers are perfect today, and it's nice out. Lapping with Rainery and I tried to break my record. New one is 71.5, on the orbit. Super dorky, but I'm kinda stoked I broke 70 haha

Planning to ride the cheater tomorrow morning, so might give it another go.

Local legend Chauncey (now a hood local) won his class at LBS, 2nd at Dirksen derby, and also got a podium at the big wave challenge, all on the dougboy 195.

Brighton is gonna break 850" this year. It's pretty much a lock right now. We will be able to splitboard into late June, early July.
