Finally some interesting posts! Any pictures?
Thanks, appreciate it! Looking forward for more!

I don't understand the Double Take hate. I run them and have never had a single issue once with them.

Obviously they do something wrong/bad for someone? What is it?
Have had multiple toe buckles crap out under a single season. And as others called out, the ankle buckles freeze and won't release in cold or pow conditions. Burton support reps have told me they switch out DT ladders for regular themselves.

Just seems like they tried to improve something (regular ladders) that wasn't an issue to begin with.

Yep, had that issue often with my Genies and GenX at the ankle buckle, as well. Not sure if it's also connected to the fact that I always crank my binding to max tightness, but got very annoying esp on trips. Won't be going back to DT for a while cos if this.

Air blaster going hard with the 90s are back vibe. I can’t say I’m really into it. It was ugly when I was a kid and it’s ugly now that I’m a jaded old fuck.

AB's outerwear has looked like this for at least 10 years now...

Airblasters inspiration was this and my moms teal and purple bike 90s bike.

I don't mind it personally.

But if we're doing 90's at least bring back the excessive pockets, badging, and stuff (Ronin / Analog esk)

Edit: looking again at it, there's a good bit of badging on it. And patterns. so. yea.

The good Ronin and AG was in the 2003(ish) to 2010 (ish) time frame. 90's is just awful all the way around.
