Triple BOA's a (rare) thing. Ride and K2 have a couple boots that are triple, tongue and both lateral and medial sides... basically same thing, upper shell, lower shell, and liner. I've never seen two dials stacked on one side like that before though. I guess only possible on Step On, because you don't have to worry about the ankle strap.
