So? has it arrived?
I'm seeing sick sticks popping up everywhere, the universe is telling something
It's supposed to be here tomorrow. Stoked to check it out! Found this:
interesting that this rider has only an half size bigger boots than me (I'm on US 7, he uses 7.5), and he rides a 159 (260mm width).
I think a can't go past 254/255, after the bad experience I had with the K2 Simple Pleasures 151 (261mm).

I'm US 8.5/9 and my preferred target ww for is from a 158 to 163.

What was your simple pleasures experience?
I basically didn't have the edges under my toes and heels, all the boot were "inside" the board. It was difficult to turn at slow speed, you had to go fast, and then when you were fast, the sidecut were too tight and the board wanted to turn really tight. Not a good experience.
Also it was not good in less then ideal condition.
8.5 and 9 are like 2cm more than my boots, it makes worlds of differences (lucky you!)

My typo @ 258 - 263* ww
Maybe a different binding would give better control. I noticed when I started riding NOWs that I started to enjoy wide boards a lot more.

anyway, after watching the Lars youtube video about the functional width, I'm more or less where I have to be (actually the Super 8 is a bit more wider than suggested my Lars, measuring everything, but I don't have any issues with that board)
Saw this come out yesterday but didn't have time to watch it until today. Great to see those guys shredding and showing off. I wish tent demo days were still an event at most mountains. They're always a really fun time Last one I went to was in 2020.

Just kidding, it showed up. Hand flex feels great and way more my style than the planky Horizon.
Side note: I also grabbed the new Holograms. Love the previous version of these but always hated the basketball toe strap. This new toe strap is legit and having the same brand for boots gives a perfect fit. Guess I'm a full on Salomon ad now for my non-Step On setup this season.
