No issues! I'd definitely suggest sticking with the same size that you wore in the Maze. The Method just sits a little closer in the occipital area, but it doesn't make it feel smaller or anything.
As for fit, I've got a 23"/58cm noggin and the medium fits perfect with the pads removed and my beanie/goggles underneath. I have the non-MIPS version, the MIPS version will fit ever so slightly smaller. I tried the large and was totally swimming in it, it'd be flapping around at high speed on me.
