Yes, pow wrench I see it as an evolution of panhandler. and botton feeder appeared when I was poisoned with my FA and the narrow boards (even looking askance at the sensei). Later my taste changed and I wanted to buy the pow wrench but since I had the fish that I rode regularly it was going to be something similar. There is also the con artist… I know… but they are boards that appear and go…michaelangelo wrote: ↑Fri Feb 09, 2024 4:43 pm I feel like there’s been a handful that people forget about, panhandler, bottom feeder, etc.

I love my Panhandler, but it barely sees the light of day. I've embraced my dad-ness: the Mercury is my daily driver.
Any taller dudes running Tall outerwear? I got some XL-Tall Cyclic pants last year and now I'm having a hard time considering anything else. I am just a little over 6', so I'm the low end of tall, but Volcom for example always feels too short.
Are others just "cheating" and running the shoulder straps long on their bibs so the bottom of their pants reach far enough down on their boots? (I'm not a bib guy, personally, but I understand the appeal). Or still sagging their pants even?
Also, maybe this is a hot take, but I can't get behind the elasticized pant cuffs (not interior gaiters, I'm talking about the ones on the exterior pant hems). I know a few people here are partial to the AB Elastic Boss pants, to each their own. I expect that they'd be functional, but I can't get around how they look. Reminds me too much of of the dark times of the "roll your pants above your boots" phase. Thankfully that seems to have passed.
I'd still love to know the colorway name of the Navy-ish Cyclic Jacket for next season the next time someone checks the B catalog for something else, if possible. Thanks!

I'm 6'-6'1" with a 33 inseam, and run AK Tusk bibs and they have plenty of length, actually had to shorten the shoulder straps to eliminate some sag.weekday_pacifist wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2024 12:20 pm I'm having a hard time considering anything else.
Hard no for me as well. I've tripled down on my outerwear kit and should be set for 15 years, so hopefully should easily avoid that trend.

I'm digging the minimal cinch on the bottom of some Volcom pants, which you can still run normal if you choose. I also don't really like the elastic cuff.
I wish they had a standard 2L Gore pant in the ergo fit

It's funny (peculiar not haha) to me that the pow wrench has stayed in the line for multiple seasons, mine is the only one I've seen in the wild. It's a fun board but it's on the chopping block since it doesn't get ridden much.

i have right now only volcom longo pants and love the elastic cuff best in every situation and no more ripped cuffs as i sag my pants little bit too much
