Re: Hardgoods 24/25
Seems very freestyle oriented, lots of them with the current Select Pro highback. I still don't understand why they're offering Hanger 2.0 at this point... what advantage does it possibly provide? I doubt it's a cost thing. And they had a chance to get rid of some of those awful straps and didn't.

Yes, it seemed the most logical choice...eleveneightnate wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 8:35 am Seeing all that Lobster-ness, including the 3BT, carry over to Yes is just... strange. Why wouldn't they wrap those boards into Bataleon?
Maybe they are foing to use YES brand for the most freestyle oriented stuff, and other brands for other things.
I don't know

a lot of overlap, too.eleveneightnate wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 8:49 am Seems very freestyle oriented, lots of them with the current Select Pro highback.
Good that there is the Drive size S, H3, in the line, for the next year.
No upgrades on the straps on the line, I see...

Yes Uninc
#Yes
and Yes Yes
Looks like they killed off TBT and went to spoon nose and tail (sidekick)? (ala Jones)
The Cravin board specs and the extra "SLAMback" inserts make it a solid one board quiver option.
No more optimistic??

They put a hinge on both the ankle and toe. I think that's new.Vanni wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 9:02 ama lot of overlap, too.eleveneightnate wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2024 8:49 am Seems very freestyle oriented, lots of them with the current Select Pro highback.

Ipo and select may have new toe and ankle. Look more like the bare bones ones I just put on from B. I'm actually liking the look of em.
Now if they could just replicate teh B ratchets... They'd be ace.
Its hard to tell without a direct comparison but all thier highbacks seem to have gotten taller. Personally I hope not though.
Canted footbeds. coo.

Re: Hardgoods 24/25
Honestly, this season's IPO with the Pilot highback, Jones auxtech toe strap, and Drive ankle strap seems like a decent binding at $250 (assuming H2 works with your boots).

Haven't been into YES for quite some time, but the new YES x Lobster aesthetics next winter make it an even stronger pass for me .
