Tonikerkela made a post on Instagram with what looks to be a Dancehaul twin with less zesty graphics. Can anyone confirm?

The Wolle HPS things look so tempting. I keep going to the shop to caress them.
Don't know why but the dancehaul is the board that I like more lately, does it work good for carving?

Yesterday I used my Salomon Super 8.
After few days on the Kazu, I noticed it's a little bit softer, easier to manipulate the flex. Really easy to ride.
Great for carving, super great in powder (a lot better than the Kazu), less pop than the Kazu.
Super fast sintered base.
It's definitely a keeper, but yesterday I got a lot of shark teeth in powder, so the base shows the signs of the battle :?
I might get it fixed, and keep it as a dedicated rock board, and maybe buy a new one.
Mine is a 16/17 season model (2° year model), bought super cheap at the end of the season. Rode as a main board for two full seasons.

The backseat camber is kinda of genius.

I said a lot of time, and I'll repeat again: if I'll do a snowboard travel, that's the board I'll bring.

Ok, new S8 23/24 arrived.
It feels like a board of a slightly different category/price point: the new one feels like a board in an higher end spectrum.
To me it is a little bit thicker than my 2° year model (I didn't measured both, and the older one I had only 1 base grind), and it's a bit heavier, I noticed when I had in my hands, then I weighted both: 200gr more on the new one.
It's stiffer, but this was expected, I rode a lot of days on my old one. It seams "meatier" and a little bit poppier (which is good), but let's wait until I'll be able to ride it. (I can see why a user here considered a plank the Pro version, few pages ago).
There are a lot of differences in the guts, the sidewall tech is changed, the stringers are changed and there's a technology to damp the ride in the nose.
I'm expecting a slightly different feel on the slopes, in a good way (damper, calmer, hopefully poppier, "more board" under foot).
The base is a 50% recycled sintered base: if it performs like the old one (that is the standard sintered base for Salomon) it's a GREAT base.
Fingers crossed.

I tested the 23/24 Super 8 in a powday/mashed potato snow: it feels definitely poppier (I popped few hollies in the morning and the response I got form the board was surprisingly good, compared to the old one), and it has the same effortless float in pow of the old one.
For the other stuff, I need more time on it, in different, more normal snow condition
