They're ridiculously warm. I usually have to take them off at some point in the car ride.

Something about this gives me a bit of anxiety. Part of me thinks they would feel great like a good back crack. Part of me dislikes it like I dislike toe socks.
I wear them all day, always, a part in snowboarding boots
It's great to wear them after having the feet in snug boots all day.

(Oh, and is not recommended to wear toes separator all day, at the beginning, only half hour, and then increase the time little by little)

What’s everybody’s favorite MFI neck warmer? Grabbed some Syncs and I wanna take full advantage of the MFI.

I don’t use mine as often as I used to, but this is my favorite MFI/base layer. I don’t know if they still make it, but I can wear this and a regular shell and be comfortable in most temps. A little too toasty at times.

the Tech Clava & the Merino tube are my go-to's. I've got a full helmet hood, as well, for reallll cold/stormy days.
midwest is best

I prefer the lightweight one, doesn't accumulate as much moisture from your breath or snow.

I do have the hooded one as well, but only break it out on crazy storm days, but when it's putting down like 2" an hour it can't be beat.

I was thinking of going the lightweight route as well. I typically like thinner/more breathable gaiters in general for the reasons you described.
