Anybody ridden a Ravine? I crossed shop the Super 8 with that, it sounds like a really fun board and would be perfect for trips.

Very fun board. Great float in powder for what it is while still being versatile enough to take out on groomers and a run through the park. Pretty directional feeling but snappy freestyle flex pattern. I would say true mid flex 5/10

That honestly sounds really fun and exactly what I’d want out of a travel board.Msteff wrote: Tue Nov 07, 2023 7:11 pm Very fun board. Im giving the Rome Freaker and Rome Katana’s a shot this year. Anybody have any feedback on those products?

Katana's are great. Love the boost foam cushioning and they have a nice flex. Tons of adjustment, so make sure you tighten down/check all those screws. Had a few back out on me last season.Paidingum wrote: Wed Nov 08, 2023 4:53 pm Im giving the Rome Freaker and Rome Katana’s a shot this year. Anybody have any feedback on those products?

Re: Official Rome SDS Snowboards
I just bought the Freaker. No real feedback yet, but I will get it on snow next week. First impression is good though. Mostly camber with mediumish flex. Not a noodle but different enough from my other boards (Nitro Banker and Suprateam), so pretty much what I was looking for. It will be mainly my park/(small) resort board. Graphics are of course personal thing, but I actually quite like the 2023 Freaker. Especially compared to some other Romes .Paidingum wrote: Wed Nov 08, 2023 4:53 pm Im giving the Rome Freaker and Rome Katana’s a shot this year. Anybody have any feedback on those products?

Nice! I’m coming over from a blossom so I’m interested to compare the stiffness/ride. Agreed, Rome has….interesting graphics. The Freaker and Stale Crewzer have the best graphics this year for Rome IMO.Tubermeister wrote: Thu Nov 09, 2023 2:32 amI just bought the Freaker. Why do Rome graphics look like they were designed by Creed from the Office?
