In the end because it isn’t important, and it was something curious, but I thought that in this that is at least "tangible" there would be a more defined criterion.. because now it seems the size of the boots... each one does what wants… we would need a “mondo” size for the boards 😂😂😂😂 Thank you riders
Don’t worry, my 151 🐟 is 148 too.

My comment was a funny innuendo. But people always say their fish are bigger than they are. You should just expect that.

On a more serious note, could just be shrinkage from being cold.

Alternately, maybe mervin is making B boards now. You never really know what you're going to get with mervin.

yes, yes... all this should not be taken very seriously...
but curious things appear, and several have happened to me this year, for example that now and jones are different companies and different owners (it's right??) (although both manufacture in nidecker), i bought jones bindings and have now parts… (I understand that it is due to the manufacturing cost system... but it’s curious)

my infuse have a defect and the upper strap on one is shorter than on the other…

then the size of the B fish is shorter… and it’s in the limit.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

And now after 25 years with B, i have a mervin… I don't subscribe to the philosophy of idolizing TR … but I wanted a handmade board and hybrid camber… but… there's something about mervin/mary… ??

A lot of poltergeist this year 😂😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
😂😂😂
but in the end, none of that is importan, they are just curious things, because the important thing is that everything works on the mountain and it makes me enjoy 💪😃😃😃🏂🚀

My biggest problem with TR is I just happen to end up liking a lot of the stuff he puts his name on which has nothing to do with his name, but could easily be mistaken as an obsession. I mean, have you ever seen how he organizes his closet? From what I can see with my night vision binoculars.... it's really impressive.

top athletes sometimes do very curious things

What I reject is the circus that is created with the media icon … with him and with others. But no more…

RE: my DD/specs musings - the Cardiff bonsai is right in there, minus too much rocker in its profile for my taste. So close. Would be stoked to demo one though.

This is where my line up is sitting this year. L-R: Amplid Milligram 166 split, Weston Carbon Backwoods 167 split, Prior Khyber 170 split, Salomon Speedway 170, Jasey-Jay Anderson custom softboot carver 166, Never Summer Westbound 165w, Lobster Sender 159w, Rossignol Sashimi 160 x 2 (I dimpled the edge on one and immediately bought another for a back up).

Cardiff decks are pretty soft, much softer than I would ride personally.
I have no hands-on experience, but Cardiff & reviews make it sound like it's the stiffest one - ie legitimately stout, but who knows. Silhouette & specs look pretty ideal, but can't go for it as I really just prefer more of a true/full camber. There's one on eBay that's not a bad deal, which has been a practice in restraint.

It's the US transmission for me. They posted images from a recent trip where they were testing it, and the shape looks damn good on snow.
