Hardgoods 23/24
Re: Hardgoods 23/24
Haven't ridden, but this vid is dope on his Aeronaut. Longo seems relatively knowledgeable from looks of it, compared to other pros I've seen describe the specs of their boards, at least lol.

Rad. Tribute is by far one of the top (and very few) legit sources of DIY "YouTube channel" content in snowboarding. Granted, not surprised, given Fawcett is behind it.
Then you have people like buckhouse.

Sounds pretty sick. Wish it were a touch wider in the 157 and had a better graphic.
Re: Hardgoods 23/24
He seems like a rad person. But we're gonna have to talk about the haircut
The nose kick looks very WAPOW! I'll have to look at specs again, but the shape could be something I'm down with. Reminds me of what I loved about the mullair.

So I asked around when I noticed in instagram stories People riding the Aeronaut.
This is ofcourse just a personal opinion about a board

I love everything about the look and the specs of that board... Except the radius of the nose kick. The dude is right, it's got that similarity of the '90s shaped noses, which had way too much of a radial kick upwards. I like the subtlety of noises these days. Nevertheless, this might be that one edition to my quiver next year. I'm trying to slow it down to one a year. Let's hope that happens.

Re: Hardgoods 23/24
Yeah, that abrupt kick is great for locking in presses or if you’re trying to squeeze in as much effective edge as possible, but basically nothing else. Low, gradual nose rocker is better all around, especially for float. Surfing is big on it for small waves where you need more float and speed.spanyard wrote: ↑Sun Mar 26, 2023 3:03 pm I love everything about the look and the specs of that board... Agreed. I get it, but damn that thing has kick. One thing that all my favorite boards have in common is a smooth transition and milder rise. Fullbag in particular has it dialed, IMO.
Re: Hardgoods 23/24
Just a new rebranded supernova. basically same specs. his old volcom collab board
