15 boards each size, so 30 boards.....to me sounds like some deal where the factory build him some boards and in exchange he gave is name to collect more visibility and orders.....anyways in the latest post on Instagram TH is riding japow on some Dupraz.....I think he doesn't need to earn a lot of money right now, he was the biggest name in snowboarding between Kelly and Rice, I think he collected a lot of money during his career as a pro.

If you have a tighter sidecut like on those boards, you can carve without getting low, and tight sidecut adds a few mm at the feet. Think it’s in how he rides. A board like that is really agile even if it’s stiff, so there are benefits. I used to run a 245ww in size 11 boots just fine, but didn’t really put my hands down much:p

Yes but 21 in front and 6 or 9 rear…
I ride 30/9, and can graze size 9 boots when riding under a 260 waist (not to say I "drag" and get hung up), but I think I spend time carving differently than he typically rides. That said, 10.5 on 245mm is adding 1.5cm to the boot (roughly) and taking 1.5cm from the board, compared to me... that's 3cm more overhang in total, 1.5 on each side. Pretty big difference, even considering small variances in exact under-foot width, etc.

It can work! But, I don't think anyone would argue that 10.5 on 245 is very ideal, even before boards started getting wider.

Yeah, that does make sense, it's just narrow by today's standard widths.

Long time ago I used to ride a 56 uninc (tight sidecut, 246 waist) with 10.5 ions, and that was when my stance was 2" wider 😜 I still remember having boot drag issues at times, way before I got into carving..

It was the first thing I thought. That makes a lot of sense. Terje has a very special riding

Chatted with a Burton rep and got confirmation that next season there will be Malavitas, but it'll be the final year =/.

I don't think Terje is often riding the kind of snow where drag matters much.

They didn't specify. I was asking specifically about the leathers, and they said they "believe" there'll be a final run of the leathers
