Too planky and lifeless for me, which I kinda figured going into it. I think if someone likes a stiff-ish deck with an inverted flex pattern (stiff tips/slightly softer between the feet), it could be for them. It just doesn't really suit my "mountain = skatepark" style and felt uninspiring.kimchi wrote: Tue Dec 17, 2024 12:16 pm How'd you like this? I still have a HTH split I never broke out of plastic. "Inverted flex" and "stiff-ish" is generally my wheelhouse, so I'll stash it and hope someday I get to split consistently enough to justify ownijf it lol. Thanks for thoughts!eleveneightnate wrote: Tue Dec 17, 2024 12:35 pmToo planky and lifeless for me, which I kinda figured going into it. No problem, dude! Also keep in mind I rode it in NC... out west in steeper terrain I might find a new appreciation for it.kimchi wrote: Tue Dec 17, 2024 12:41 pm "Inverted flex" and "stiff-ish" is generally my wheelhouse, so I'll stash it and hope someday I get to split consistently enough to justify ownijf it lol. What is the board with the Japanese writing on the base and the small swallowtail, glimpsed at the very end of this new Mine 77 promo clip on instagram?:michaelangelo wrote: Tue Dec 17, 2024 10:24 am Smaller drop, 3 outerwear kits, tote bag, insulated hoody and a puffer. 2/3 of the outwear kits aren’t that bad, but 99% of EL/old heads prob won’t be into any of it.
