2023 Montana Trip Feb 2-12

Looks like I’m making a rare trip out of Juneau again. My good friend Phil owns a tree service up here - they had a great year, so as a birthday gift to both of us, he’s taking me back to his homeland with a couple other friends. I leave Feb 2 & return the 12th, so riding from the 3rd through 11th.

Not sure on the exact plan, but it’s fast and loose. We will be at whitefish, turner (his home mtn), lost trail, and may do some logging road sled stuff. Just wanted to put it out there if anyone is around and wants to join. Will update as we go. These boys are rowdy.. high-octane and lots of hoot’n & hollerin’, but always about fun riding with anyone who’s down. Great group of very nice & welcoming friends.

Sounds like Sam (for those who watch my edits) may be coming as well, and I think Lars is going to come down from Fernie when we do whitefish. Rowdy trip!

Will have to check in with you when it gets closer. I get back from Japan right in the middle of your trip. If you guys are shredding any of the resorts at the tail end, I might be able to shoot over there for a few days!

Change of plans - followed a storm to Schweitzer & will be riding here tues-thurs. Wednesday looks like it's gonna be killer.

Will be heading back to MT after. Either back to Libby/Turner or Whitefish, depending which is better.
